From SPL Top 10 to Leading Scorer for NCAA D2 Team

Josh Allegra worked on his game in the inaugural Sixes Prize League season before his senior season at Davis & Elkins’ Division 2 NCAA lacrosse program demanded his consistent production.

Allegra went from being a Top 10 scorer in the SPL to leading his NCAA DII team in points. Count them! He registered 15 goals and 18 assists, a mark that was second best for helpers, giving him 33 points, which was tied for 10th in the sixes league. During the Spring, Allegra went off for 37 points at Davis & Elkins, scoring 18 goals and 19 assists, which led his Senators comrades.

Sixes lacrosse is a great way to get game-reps, master the two-man game, breakdown a one-on-one matchup offensively or defensively, and face a ton of shots to save if you play goalie. Further, if you have eyes on the Olympics, the Sixes Prize League is the only league in the world dedicated to the development of Sixes.

More players like Allegra will join the Sixes Prize League to keep their skills sharp and their game evolving. Will you play the most fun version of lacrosse and join the Sixes Prize League as a team member or free agent?
